Copy posts not working

I’m trying to use the copy post feature as described here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/copy-a-post/
When I click on the ‘copy’ button by the post I want to create the template from, it says “copying post” while the throbber keeps circling and doesn’t stop. Is there a bug somewhere, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for your help. I did a search in the forums but didn’t find quite what I was looking for.

The blog linked to your username is not a WordPress.com blog.We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/

Thanks timethief, but I do know the difference between a wordpress.org blog and one hosted at wordpress.com the blog in question is a WordPress.com blog. Specifically, ricksweightloss.wordpress.com. I have several blogs, some hosted myself, some on wp.com. The one linked to my username is just one of of my blogs hosted myself.
So…any other suggestions to this problem?

From this end we Volunteers don’t know anything other than the blog linked to the username and we don’t assume anyhting. ;)
I would report the issue to Staff http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
Then I would simply copy and paste as I know they are backlogged.
