Copy right and Permission to use a blog

    I set up a blog some years ago to communicate about something I was doing, as part of a group. I was the sole administrator for the blog, and wrote all of the blogs most of the images were my own, although some from the group. Although I made the blogs private recently someone from the group has copied the blog word for word on their own site without asking for permission. Where do I stand legally?

    If someone is using your content on a WordPress.com site without permission, the content can be reported to us with these steps:

    Report a Site

    You can select the “content that infringes your copyright” option. Please be aware this form will only work for sites hosted on WordPress.com, not those using WordPress.org software with another host.
