Copy wordpress from windows to ubuntu

Hi, I have small problem
I created wordpress page on my windows offline using wampserver. Now I have managed hosting on server using Ubuntu 11.10. I followed some guides how to install wordpress on ubuntu using only terminal. Now Im very confused what I did at all but my problem is that I want to copy my wordpress created on windows to my ubuntu server. I dont know where to place it or what to do at all.
My skills with unix(less then medium)
My skills with MySQL(around 0)thank you for answers.
