copying a a blog internally

    it would be nice if it would be possibel to copy an existing blog on wordpress.com internally (within a wordpress.org account). I`d like to setup multiple blogs but I´d like to avoid configuring each one individually. All Blogs should have a similar config and then I´d simply change the content of the blog. To my understanding this is not possible in WP.com.
