Copying a post to second wordpress blog?

  Hi,

  I’ve just recently created a second blog in my same wordpress.com account because I found that it’s impossible to have the same blog in two languages. So I’m planning on copying my main blog which is in english to a second blog which will be identical but in spanish. I was wondering if there’s anyway to copy my posts exactly as they are and then I can just translate the text but I don’t have to uplaod all the pictures all over again, taking up even more space. (and twice the amount of time) it would also be nice to have the comments in both, but that seems a little bit harder…Is there anyone out there who’s doing the same blog in two languages that has some suggestions? Or should I switch to wordpress.org, could it possibly be easier there?

  Hi. When it comes to bilingual blogs, the advantage of WordPress.org is that you can use special plugins to have a truly bilingual experience. In other words, a single post can exist in two versions (one for each language).

  At WordPress.com, you can create a second blog (like you did). Normally, you could import the contents of your first language blog. Then again, you’d have to edit the contents of each post one by one…
