Copying a Word document into a WordPress blog

  I already have 3 Word documents which I want to incorporate into my blog. How do I copy them directly, without having to retype word by word.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m afraid that I don’t know where the ‘paste’ button is in WordPress, so am still unable to transfer the documents.
