Copying and Pasting CSS is not working?

  Hi
  I have successfully changed many things by copying and pasting the CSS but now I can’t seem to change anything. I can change it in the Inspect Window Element but it won’t work after I copy it into the Edit CSS window on WP. I am using the Rosalie Theme and would like to change the following:

  Font type of selected page on menu bar

  Toggle on mobile version

  Hover colour on Social icons in menu bar

  Error boxes colour fill and border

  Lizkarkoski! Hey there! Would you happen to know how to delete and replace preexisting theme pictures?

  The custom css and also the simple custom css plugins aren’t working for me.

  Right now I have the microsoft edge browser as well as google and google chrome.

  Do I need more plugins?
