Copying from word/excel into pages/articles

  Until yesterday I was able edit my pages/articles even pasting from Word or Excel with ctrl-c / ctrl-v. The result was the maintenance of the format given by Word/Excel. Since this morning, however, when copying from Word/Excel I obtain just paste in text format, losing all the original formatting. Can you help me? Thank you.
