Copying Looking of Rowling DEMO (Categories / Title)

  I have tried everything I know how to do and still I can’t get my Categories section (widget on the right) to look just like the below demo. Can you help? It’s super counterintuitive. If I drag/drop in a “widget group” it allows me to type in the title, but then it changes the link to where the mini folder icon is no longer there.
