Copying over posts from one WP blog to another WP blog
-
Hello, I’ve got currently got a blog on WP.com and just started up a second WP.com blog (just starting to set it up). I’m looking to copy over some posts from my first blog to the second one. I looked on the forums and found out this is possible (and that comments will be copied over as well), but was wondering… will the pageviews for those posts be copied over as well, or will I be starting at zero because it’s a new blog (even though some of the posts are not)? Any insights would be appreciated, thanks!

The page views will not be copied. The page views, page rank and authority all belong to the original URLs under which the content was published.
You can use the exporter to create an XML export file (a copy) of your content in one blog and then import it into another blog. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
Once the import has been successful you can delete the content you moved from the original blog.
