Copying & pasting HTML code onto my blog.

Some search engines expect me to copy & paste their HTML code into my blog in order for me to register with them. I don’t know how to do it! Where do I paste their code??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are limited in what you can do – but the instructions below should help and cover the major search engines

Note: you do not need to register with a search engine for them to index your content, your blog calls up the search engines every time you make a new Post, so you will get indexed as long as your blog is set to open and allow search engines (default setting)
