Copying photos from posts

  I have a blog site where I have made 176 posts, almost all of which contain dozens of photos. I found a way to copy a single photo and transfer it to Photos (I have a Mac). I would like to find an efficient way to do this with all the hundreds of photos I have put in these posts. Is that possible?
