Copyright

I would like to place a copyright line at the bottom (without removing the standard statements like theme etc of course). I saw a question where sacred path had suggested putting a widget in the side bar (which I have done) and then reposting for help, but I can’t find the rest of the instructions on how to reposition the widget in the footline.
Best wishes

Give this a try and see what you think.
#page { position: relative; } #text-8 { bottom: 0; padding-bottom: 6px; position: absolute; left: 40%; } #copyright { height: 40px; } -
Hi Sacred path,
Thanks once again, for your speedy assistance. It looks fine to me. I just wondered about the bullet point, but I guess that’s part of the theme style, and it really doesn’t bother me.
Happy New Year and sincere thanks

That is actually inserted by the theme software as part of the title for the widget. You could instead leave the title blank and put that line into the body of the text widget instead. It would probably require a touch of adjustment to the positioning.

Yes, I did wonder about that when I first created the widget, but I think it’s fine as it is – at least the colour makes it stand out from the standard line above.
Best wishes and thanks again
