  Hi, another site took my blogpost and verbatim copied it saying that it was hers as the author. I followed your protocol asking her to remove it. She then responded she took my parts out, and it’s hers now. It starts as mine, almost same title but she added a few things, and then used my points. Can I still file the DMCA notice? Thank you
