Copyright abuse, misrepresentation, denial of right of reply & editing comments

  Hi,

  I am the victim of copyright on theft on the following libel factory at englishpassp0rt.wordpress.com.

  The post http://englishpassport.org/2012/01/26/when-will-someone-make-the-case-for-the-union/ is a copy and past of my own post http://www.wonkosworld.co.uk/wordpress/2012/01/18/when-will-someone-make-the-case-for-the-union/ and even contains a link back to my original. I commented yesterday telling him to remove it as he doesn’t have permission to take it and he just deleted the comment. I have commented again telling him to remove it and I know he will ignore that too.

  Also, in the post http://englishpassport.org/2012/01/25/ukip-black-ops-the-murky-underbelly-of-ukip-exposed-by-bloggers4ukip he is accusing me of things that are untrue and using a doctored screenshot of another blog I write to misrepresent things I have said. I have commented to tell his readers what he is saying about me is untrue and pointing them at the original post that I wrote but he has removed those comments (I have screenshots) and edited a comment by someone else that was quoting me and saying what he had written was hilarious to remove the quote so it appears the comment is directed at the misrepresentation instead.

  The blog is also full of personal attacks and libellous comments directed at me and others. Virtually every day there is a personal attack on someone who is then denied the right of reply either through having their comments deleted or edited to misrepresent what they have said.

  This is not the first time I’ve had to complain about this blog. Last year you intervened after he was editing comments and stealing content. This is a persistent problem – how much longer does he have to go on breaching your terms of service day in, day out before you pull the plug on this libellous, hate-filled blog? It certainly does you no favours continuing to host this kind of content.
