Copyright and Disclaimer

  I have looked but want to make sure, are there any rules to a copyright and disclaimer or is the one like in my blog acceptable? Also do you have any suggestions for it? I am new to the whole copyright thing :).

  If you are using a Creative Commons “BY-NC-ND” License, what you wrote was fine right up to “You can not use more than 50 words of literary work created by blog owner.”

  If you are using that specific CC License, you’re giving the person your permission to use the work as long as they A. credit you in the manner you’ve specified. B. do not use it for commercial purposes, and C. use the entire article, as is (No-Derivatives), not just 50 words.
