Copyright breaker – help!

  Alright. My site is http://wweadam.com and his is http://nim22.wordpress.com/. Just look at our sites. He copies EVERY POST I MAKE. I have contaced both wordpress and automattic about this but they havent replied. I am running out of time to wait becuase google will be or is penalizing me for duplicate content. I try really hard on this stuff and he copies everything word for word. Please put an end to this.
