copyright for mp3 files

  I recently received block of account from adsense and webhosting regarding copyright issues. I was hosting mp3 files and using adsense on the site.

  The mp3 files there were free ones, directly downloaded for free from the official web pages of artists. Artists’ giveaways.

  will there be problem with wordpress, if I put links into blog for download?
