    Who owns the pictures i upload, i’m talking about copyright.

    Do WordPress own the picture, when i’ts uploaded?

    WordPress.com does not own the rights to pictures that are uploaded. You grant them right to use them – as in display them on their site.

    If you take a picture you own it and it’s rights. If you copy a picture and upload it the original person that made the picture still owns the copyright. Some sites grant you limited use of their pictures, many sites grant you no rights other than display a picture on your PC for personal use which means the moment you upload it to your site you would be in violation of the copyright.
