Hi
Here’s a few resources that can help you with that.
Here’s a post that talks about what you can change in the footer: https://en.support.wordpress.com/footer-credits/.
Notice the part about editing the footer text using CSS. If you have the Premium or Business WordPress.com plan, you can edit the CSS. You can learn more about the plans at https://wordpress.com/pricing/
If you don’t want to upgrade your plan, you can add the copyright information to your footer or sidebar using a text widget. You can read more about that at https://en.support.wordpress.com/prevent-content-theft/
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any other help!

Hello, I had a chat with one of your colleagues and they gave me a code to insert in my CSS, however, it didn’t work. I am on Premium.

Thanks for the update.
I would respond to that ticket or live chat where you received the code for the CSS so that they can continue to help you. I am a forum volunteer so I don’t have access to your site.

This is the code she gave me for my CSS: .footer-information p:after { content: “Copyright ******” display: block; color: #005f6b; }
However, nothing happens when I insert it in my CSS. She mentioned that I should put the name I want where she put *****.

It looks like you are missing a semi-colon. Try this:
.footer-information p:after { content: "Copyright ******"; display: block; color: #005f6b; }Make sure you have the closing quote mark and the semi-colon directly after your copyright text.
