Hi, we received an email from some ‘licensed’ photgrapher saying we used the images from the WordPress theme without her consent and she threatens to sue us. We tried to contact her via the email she provided but it was invalid. So we wanted to contact wordpress to see if there are any copyright infringement regarding this.

Actually, after check on our site, the images that we used from the wordpress theme is the Service page and any sub-page under it. We changed most of it on the Service page after getting the email submission to us but a couple are still left. The sub-pages under Services have not changed from stock images. It is still under construction.

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
