Copyright infringement

A site hosted by WordPress, http://classicwoodworks.us/, is distributing a copyrighted image that I created without my permission or consent. Their contact wizard is not working, so I am unable to tell them directly that this is not okay. I can’t find a way to discuss this with a WordPress representative without paying, which seems ridiculous.
Please advise on how I may proceed to have my work removed from this site. Here is a link to the page infringing on my copyright:

Hi there,
The site classicwoodworks.us is not hosted on WordPress.com, but a self-hosted site using the open source WordPress software.
Name Server: alexis.ns.cloudflare.com
Name Server: lina.ns.cloudflare.comSadly neither WordPress.com or WordPress.org is able to help you with this. I found a forum topic posted at the WordPress.org forum, you may have a look if it’s helpful to you.

See the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress here:

Hi there,
You’ll need to report it to that site’s hosting provider directly, as they’re the only ones who can act against the site.
As that site is using CloudFlare’s DNS it’s not possible to tell who their actual hosting provider is, but it’s possible CloudFlare themselves have policies against this, so you can start by contacting them here:
