  Hi.

  I want to create a good copyright notice and disclaimer for my blog and don’t know how.

  I put all the copyright, terms of use etc. on it’s own page. Then I put a link to the Page into a Text Widget that is in my footer. I could link to that page from every Post if I wanted to

  I use a Custom Menu so the Page with the copyright stuff in it does not appear with the regular page list

  Yes – however the credits need to be maintained – I got the base one from http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/copyright/ – Timethief let me use her copyright as a base as long as I kept the credits – I am sure she would also let you do the same – I had to change some parts as I have different content and some of my content goes on sites that are commercial
