  Do I solely own the written content that I create myself and post to my blog?

  Provided you are the author of the content you refer to the answer is yes copyright is automatically vested in the creator.

  Press this, screenshot, write about this page– When I ‘press this’, etc, and post the page on my blog without any revisions to the page captured, post my comments about the posted page, have I violated any copyright infringement rules?

  Provided you are not copying a full post but are only quoting a brief excerpt properly attributed to the author you have not violated copyright.
