  i want to protect my blog the best way i can. i just cant seem to understand how to do the copyright and terms of service.

  I was told to go to design, widgets, but then what? how do i do this footer?

  Hi,

  do you mean to add a Terms of Service page to your site? If so, you’ll want to create the page first. Once you have it, you can add a link widget to your footer as explained here:
