copyright violation on a hosted Blog

  A blog on WordPress.com hosted unlawfully a game addon published on his blog that was created by me, so there is a copyright violation. On the blog no contact option is specified, it can be used as Hoster remove the file from this blog or cause the blogger to which he removed the file?
