  Hello,

  at the coraline theme page at http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/coraline/ the theme has a section (above the theme image)with the words “home”, “a parent page”, “about”, “contact”, “html elements”, “images”, “readability test”.

  Where can I edit this section in the dashboard?

  That is your menu. By default it will include “home” and all your pages. You can edit it in the dashboard at Appearance->Menus
