The Coraline layout options are found here > Appearance > Theme Options
Note that pages and posts are very different and Coraline has an optional full-width page template that removes the sidebar on pages.

    Pages vs. Posts

Hi! I use Coraline. I believe that the single column (no sidebars) option is only available for pages, and that the posts are always presented with at least one sidebar.

If you want to have no sidebar, you can put a blank text widget into the sidebar(s) and remove the default widgets. This means only that the sidebar(s) are blank, not that they aren’t there, so the posts column will be narrowed on whichever side (or both sides) you insert the blank column.

If there is another way of creating posts to present without sidebars, I don’t know it. I do have a number of pages that I’ve marked to have full-width w/ no sidebars (that’s done on a page-by-page basis), and that’s a nice feature for me, but I don’t know if that will help you at all.

If you want no sidebar at all, you need a different theme – see here (under “No widget areas” and “Bottom or header only”):
