  Hi there – there seems to be an error every time I try to run the WordPress core update. Any tipps how to solve this? Thanks, Daniela

  It seems like you might be facing difficulties with a self-hosted WordPress.org website, and not with a WordPress.com-hosted one. WordPress.org is a free site-engine software, while WordPress.com is a web hosting company.
