I am trying to pay for a website that may have been closed or deleted accidentally. I can’t get a hold of anyone at WordPress. How do I recover an account? I have a transaction number to prove ownership. I am chasing my tail trying to do this.

Could someone from staff email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to make arrangements for me to pay for coreenmarygriffin.com if it has not been completely deleted? It is my Thesis Portfolio and I did not realize the bank denied the transaction. I have the transaction number to prove ownership, but I do not have access to the old email used to set up the account. It wouldn’t seem to matter anyway because I can’t get through to any support person at WordPress. It may be a spin off of weddingsbywindowlight.com that is associated with the account.
I am really trying to save this website. It may be listed as a blog. I really need it. I have been trying to reach WordPress with no avail. I have been to the bank, I have tried to reach the office that WordPress AutoPays from with no luck. This is nearly impossible to rectify by simply making a payment. I am trying to create a new transaction and hoping that the site is not deleted permanently. Could someone from WordPress staff look into this?

It doesn’t help. I’ve tried this several times. I hit on “Recover my account” after putting in the transaction # and it does nothing.

I’ve sent the transaction ID. The account comes up under a different website. The domain is mapped under a WordPress account. Where is it? It’s my Thesis Portfolio and I’m really hunting for it and I need it. If you Google my name in “Coreen Mary Griffin” remnants of the website come up. It’s got to be out there somewhere! I’ve got the email and the password. ????????????????????????
