Correct Date and Time

  The date and time shown on my blog is not correct … it is 12 hours ahead [fast]. How do I change it to read the correct time — as in the time where I live, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada?

  Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> find a city in your time zone

  That’s not working. I click on ‘Dashboard’ … but I don’t see ‘settings’.

  I see it now … confusing with UTC, etc. No city names are listed.
