Correct package to purchase

Hi,
I am looking to buy the wordpress premium business package €8 per month. Prior to purchasing this I would like to confirm that this package will have a relevant plugins that supports a payment process and attachments submission platform. By this I mean, my business will allow a customer/visitor to summit an attached document for a set fee. I need to ensure that no payment is taking without an attachment, nor is the attachment sent to me without payment.
Could you advise that the premium business package for €8 per month has this functionality and what plugins will be required? Thanks DThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Plugins are only supported with the Business plan or above, not the Premium plan. And note that upgrades are charged annually in advance, not monthly.

On the premium plan, you can use the Simple Payments option to collect money for a product. It sounds like this is what you’re asking about. Check it out in details on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/simple-payments/
In addition to what themagicrobot mentioned above, the plans are completely refundable for 30 days.
Another idea is that you can manage this through a contact form on the site. How many folks are you anticipating to interact with? That could be done with the free option.
Let’s talk more so we can figure out which plan option is best for the project. You can upgrade/downgrade at any time too.

Thank you for your prompt and informative response. Its seems like Simple Payments option might be a solution for me. I have reviewed the link but have some outstanding question that hopefully you might be able to provide some clarity on.
Can Simple Payments allow the customer/competitor to submit a world document which would be sent to me post payment ?
Regarding the ‘contact form on the site’ and level of interactions, early initially estimates would be in the low 100’s with the view of expanding the company/competition in future.

Can Simple Payments allow the customer/competitor to submit a world document which would be sent to me post payment ?
The Simple Payments button is literally just a way to take a payment for a single product on your site. Aside from the payment info submitted by the buyer, it cannot be used to capture any other info from them.
What most people do is to combine the button with a contact form. So someone would pay, and then complete and submit the form, which you can place on the same page as the button. You can add a field to the form where they can submit proof of payment if needed, like the PayPal transaction ID for their transaction which you can then check against payment in your own PayPal account.
Make this a required field, and someone won’t be able to submit the form without it. It’s not foolproof, and some people likely will be able to figure out how to submit the form by typing fake info in the required field, but there’s not really any way to prevent it.
Or you can add the form to a hidden, even password-protected page on your site, and use the email address submitted as part of the payment button process to send the link to the page and the password to someone via email after they’ve paid.
Either way, some manual work on your end will be necessary.
Our built-in contact form doesn’t allow for uploading attachments to the form, but we do support Jotforms which does:
For any more integrated option, for example, something that automatically directs visitors to a hidden upload page only once they pay, you’d need to use plugins which is only possible on our more expensive Business Plan.
