Correct thee not working on mobile devices

    I am running the WooCommerce Storefront theme on my site and am having trouble with the correct theme displaying on mobile devices. I have all plugins and themes updated to the latest version and have been unsuccessful finding a solution from the support pages. The instructions state that if you would like to disable mobile themes on your blog, go to Appearance → Mobile in the WP Admin dashboard and select “No” for “Enable mobile theme” option. However, I do not have ‘mobile’ as an available option under Appearance. When accessing my site via mobile device the standard WordPress.com mobile theme is displayed.

    Please help me get the correct Storefront theme to display when visiting my site from a mobile device.
