Correct web address–How to access original information

    Last year my wordpress acount expired. The original address was pastorsjournalmag.com. In September, 2018 I renewed my wordpress account.

    Records will show that what is being viewed as christianleadersweb.com was originally pastorsjournalmag.com.

    I am just trying to figure out exactly what web address I am suppose to be using and sharing. Furthermore, how do I access the information to christianleadersweb.com because that is the original content.

    This is the original information I received from WordPress…Hi Marcus,

    The account you’re using to post here owns neither pastorsjournalmag.com nor christianleadersweb.com. You’re posting here as the username, pastorsjournal241870556, and this account only owns the two free sites, https://pastorsjournalmagazine.wordpress.com/ and https://pastorsjournalmagcom.wordpress.com/, both of which are empty and haven’t been used since they were created in September last year.

    pastorsjournalmag.com and christianleadersweb.com belong to a completely different WordPress.com account. You’ll need to log out of the pastorsjournal241870556 account and log in as the correct account to be able to access the site at those domains.

    These steps are not working. If it is possible I really think my issue might best be handled over the telephone.

    What exactly is not working?

    The only way you will be able to access your domains, is to log in as the account that owns those domains. That account is not the pastorsjournal241870556 account you’re using to post here.
