Correcting spelling of a category

  One of my categories is misspelled. I need to correct the spelling and don’t want to delete it b/c it will fall off the posts to which it already applies. How do I edit the title of one of my categories? THANKS!

  Go to posts > categories and you can edit the name there. The only time you might have problems with this would be if you also had a tag by the same name. Do not duplicate tags and categories since, internally, wordpress and the search engines treat them the same.
