Corrupt Export File

    Hi,

    I recently tried to export the content of my free WordPress blog account to my Bluehost account and domain.

    I followed all of the listed steps to export the data and received the email link with the exported data; I then downloaded this file to the Mac I’m using, however it will only download in .zip form and I cannot figure out how to change it to the compatible format (.xml) needed to then upload it to Bluehost.

    Can anyone advise? I am new to this and do not normally use Mac.

    Hello @rlamond92,

    How about we give this a shot? On your Mac, open the Finder and double-click on the .zip download file. That should extract a folder containing the .xml compatible files you are looking for.

    Hope this works.
