Corrupt post

  Hi! I discovered today that my published post at the following link is corrupt. It was created before everyone was switched to the new editor. All that remains is my first paragraph and my footnotes! Please help! I had a similar issue in March with a draft post that someone was able to recover for me. I am really hoping that the post can be recovered with the same publish date. Thanks in advance for any/all help! Chris

  Hi!
  Thanks so much for the link. I found the revision that I need. However, when I click “Load” and am returned to the page, there is a box at the top that says “This box contains unexpected or invalid content.” There is a black box that says ” Attempt block recovery” and three dots that have the options Resolve, Convert to HTML, and Convert to Classic Block. I’m not sure how to proceed so I am backing out. Please advise.

  Hi there,

  First, try the “Resolve” option. If this doesn’t work, then convert it into a Classic Block.

  Good afternoon! The resolve option worked. I had expected to restore to the original format but I guess I can live with blocks. :)
