Corrupted Website

Hi there, I’m the new web admin for KGBarbershop.com. The website hadn’t been updated in 5 years and now its down – the database has been corrupted, and I’m locked out.
Can a reset of the database be done, with new login credentials sent to the billing email address? Thanks!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
