  Hi,
  If i take out the wordpress.com Personal upgrade and pay €48/year, what exactly is included? Is it the domain name + website hosting + website build? If so, what is the annual cost of this next year?

  A custom domain is included free with a paid plan for the first year. So for year two you would pay to renew the plan and also pay the annual cost of renewing the domain.
