Cost for extra domains

  Hi – how much does it cost to register a second domain and do nothing else with it on WordPress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy windge!
  You can add additional domains to your account with additional fees of 18$ , if there is another fee it will show you while purchase, you can read more about it here
  Domains

  From your Dashboard navigate to
  On the left hand side bottom you will see an option
  Domain (add) , just click on it and check for the domain availability.
  Also I noted you don’t have a WordPress.com, so as the support document says, you have to a Paid Plan for the first account Domain, even a basic Personal plan will do as well, then you can add additional domains as well.

  If you want to register a domain only, and use it elsewhere, you can register via this page:

  https://wordpress.com/domains/

  The cost depends on the domain, but .com domains are $18 a year, with $8 a year extra for private registration. You’ll see the cost of the domain if you search for it on that page.
