  Is the cost of a premium theme a one time charge?

  If i purchase a premium theme for $xx, is that a one time charge or an annual re-occurring cost?

The themes are licensed and adapted for use on this software only and cannot be exported and used on other sites and are available only for purchase and use on WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
