cost of Chateau theme

I want to use Chateau as my blog theme and thought it was free. However, there was a buy now button that I had to push in order to see it with my title on it, and have not yet see a price attached. If there is a cost how much does it cost? How can I do away with my previous page since I’d like to use Chateau instead of the previous theme provided I agree to the price if in fact any

Chateau is a free blog theme. Is it possible that you tried the “Live Preview” of the Chateau theme and then clicked on the blue “Try Now” button underneath where it says “You are previewing Chateau”? That button is for trying out a customized theme, which is a paid option (and leads to a “buy now” button). To use the free Chateau theme without paying for any extras, just click on “Activate” to activate the theme for your blog.
