Cost of membership

I recently received an email telling me that there would be automatic payments for the cost of my membership soon. I wrote back and told her I could not afford that bill, please cancel & send confirmation. I’ve heard nothing, but if I can’t confirm that there will be no automatic payment soon, I will need to delete my membership. I’m a disabled, senior on a really tight budget that just allows me to care for my Service Dog and myself. Info?

Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
