  Where can I see costs? I want to transfer my domain but just purchased it and don’t see why I would need to renew right now

  You can’t transfer a new domain anywhere for 60 days. If you want to create a site here at WordPress.com and you purchased the domain elsewhere then you could map that domain to here by purchasing a Personal plan or higher.
