  The site originally cost me close to $300 to upgrade and now it is only $96.00. Is this going to be the future price at all times? Why was I charges $300 before?

  $299 is the cost of The Business Plan, but the $96 is the cost of the Premium Plan, which is a downgrade from the Business Plan. For differences in Plan features and prices, please visit:
