Cost of upgrading

  I am about to purchase this but noticed it said I will need to upgrade each year. Does that mean I will be paying $68 a year or is it a one time fee?

  The only upgrade that’s one time purchase for the lifetime of the blog while hosted at wordpress.com is the premium theme upgrade. In all other cases the upgrades are for one year and for one blog when they are due to be renewed. http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/
