Cost of upgrading from domain mapping to Premium

  Hi,

  if we buy domain mapping then later decide to upgrade to Premium, do we pay the full cost of Premium or only the difference? What if we upgrade partway through our year?

  Sorry about all my questions the last couple of weeks. I have to present our choir’s committee with some site mock-ups and info about costs etc to choose from.
