  what is the cost for upgrading from basic plan to professional plan cost

  Thank you for your response. But I think I should have asked if switching
  from the basic paid plan to the pro plan would require paying the whole $99 or would I be able to pay the difference between the cost of both.

  Ah, are you referring to moving from the personal plan to the premium plan? No, you’d get a discount that is prorated based on how far you are into the personal plan. That amount will automatically deducted when you go to make the purchase.
