Cost to develop a custom theme

  Hello:

  I am a Professor interested in creating a blog in my topic area (marketing and business). I want a custom theme so it will look (and do) exactly what I want. Can someone tell me what I might expect to pay a programmer for a custom theme? What is the best way to find a good WordPress developer?

  If you want a custom theme that does exactly what you want, wordpress.com (and this forum) is not the place for you. I suggest you check out wordpress.org and the forum there: http://wordpress.org/support/
