  I’m trying to estimate costs for a website with WordPress.
  I need it to be viewable with Mobile as well as PC. Also, it needs to have space for images , description of the group and a calendar for events.
  Can this be part if a free website or will it require costs for a plugin?

  Hi! Generally our themes are responsive; our recommended themes are pretty flexible so the design is somewhat up to you; you could set up an introductory page with a description of the group and some images to show what you do.

  In terms of space for images, what sort of space are you thinking of, e.g. a dedicated page where you can add galleries of images from events, or something else? You can definitely do that – you’d be looking at setting up a page, and you could edit it to add galleries of images as you go:
